Senior Consultant As a Senior Consultant, you will independently lead and manage diverse and complex rewards projects with the support of senior team members. Professional excellence is important to you you'll contribute to our continuous improvement and learning culture through knowledge sharing and coaching. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices across Australia. What the day will look like You will be coached by industry thought leaders and technical subject matter experts. You will be supported by a team of client-focused and commercially savvy analysts and consultants. Together you will collaborate to design, enhance and maintain best fit reward strategy and programs for clients. Key responsibilities will include: Deliver client projects across reward strategy, executive remuneration, employee reward and incentive designAssist the practice leaders in developing best in class content and market insightCollaborate with subject matter experts to integrate solutions that address client needProvide technical and strategic advice to functional heads, C-suite and Board stakeholders on complex people issues across industries.How this opportunity is different We're a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities. You would be joining a team of +130 people who are trusted advisors to boards and management across an array of specialist areas including governance, executive and broad-based reward strategy, incentive plan design, pay equity, compensation data, analytics and insights, people analytics, talent assessment, employee benefits, well-being, wealth solutions, workers compensation and employee health & safety. Skills and experience that will lead to success To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in a similar hand's-on consulting role, with expertise in employee rewards design and implementation. We will also be looking for: Proficiency in position matching, job evaluation, executive and non-executive remuneration benchmarking, reward strategy, job architecture, pay frameworks, STI, LTI and sales incentive designAbility to develop conclusions and fact-based advice from data and analyticsAbility to think conceptually and diagnose ambiguous problems using quantitative and qualitative methodsAbility to distil complex issues and ideas into clear, succinct thoughts and adviceAbility to provide advice that is technically sound and strategically aligned to the client's organisation and people strategyAbility to communicate effectively with different audiences including Remuneration SMEs, C-suite and BoardAgility to pivot across different industriesAbility to coach and develop teamsCuriosity and ability to broaden capability across Aon's Human Capital Solutions offerings.How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
