The Position:Resource Services Group X is currently seeking an onsite Administration Officer to provide pro-active, responsive, and professional support for the Project Teams.
Our ideal candidate will have prior administration experience within project support in a Construction environment.
Located in the City, this is a permanent part-time role, perfect for someone looking to work school hours.
Key duties will include: Organise and co-ordinate Project inductions and courses.Organise site-specific training.Attend and minute project meetings where required.Assist with issuing of work packs for field staff.Administer and send quote requests and review/assess returned quotes.Co-ordinate the purchase and delivery of goods, materials, and equipment.Co-ordinate the time sheet process and reconcile.Raise purchase orders to contractors and suppliers.The Person:As the successful candidate, you will have:
Previous experience working in a Construction Environment.Demonstrated administrative skills in Project Support.Strong computer literacy skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office.If successful, you will find yourself working within an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team environment, with a great focus on stability and career development.
You will be part of a team providing the full range of Electrical solutions.
