u&u Recruitment Partners is delighted to exclusively partner with Trinity Grammar School to recruit for the position of ICT Infrastructure Lead.

About the RoleThis Melbourne-based permanent position offers the opportunity to take ownership of Trinity Grammar's ICT infrastructure, including on-premises, cloud, and security systems.
Working closely with the Director of Technology Services, the Digital Operations Manager, and other stakeholders, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the school's cloud-first strategy.

ResponsibilitiesAs the ICT Infrastructure Lead, you will:
Oversee the design, management, and optimisation of the Microsoft 365 Environment, wired/wireless networks, on-premises and cloud server environments, backup systems, and endpoint management.
Assist in the implementation of a Zero Trust methodology and management of platforms such as Palo Alto, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender XDR.
Provide technical expertise in responding to critical incidents and cybersecurity events.
Manage third-party service providers to ensure high-quality support.
Guide and support direct reports, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Contribute to Trinity Grammar's strategic and digital strategies by researching and implementing innovative technologies.
About YouThe successful candidate will bring:
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in ICT infrastructure management, including networking, security, and cloud technologies.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office365.
Networking and Microsoft Azure certifications desirable.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support a high-performing team.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Additional DetailsThis position is offering a highly competitive salary as well as a number of additional benefits including, 6.2 weeks' annual leave, salary packaging access, a superannuation contribution matching incentive, retail store discounts, and onsite pool and gym access.
