Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is looking for a Digital Experience Manager for an ASAP start.
This newly created role will lead a design and digital production team, enhancing client interactions across digital and physical touchpoints, strengthening brand presence, addressing client needs, and creating business growth opportunities.
With flexible hybrid work options, you will manage a team of specialists, shaping the organisation's digital and design strategy.
You will add value across the whole design lifecycle and have a strong focus on the early 'define' / UX stages of the lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to drive alignment on UX, design, and digital strategies that meet client and business needs;Leading the entire design lifecycle, from concept and user experience to final execution, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and effectiveness at every stage;Offering creative guidance and oversight to ensure outputs meet the intended objectives, enhance client engagement, and strengthen brand perception;Managing project priorities in an agile environment, balancing ongoing initiatives with new ideas that enhance the client experience and address pain points;Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organisation's digital capabilities at the forefront of best practices;Fostering a collaborative team culture, guiding and mentoring your team to develop skills that drive innovation and continuous improvement;Building and maintaining productive relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to maximise resource flexibility and efficiency;Overseeing process improvements and setting quality standards that support timely, consistent delivery of digital and physical outputs.About you The successful candidate will have:
Experience working with premium brands in a professional services, corporate, or marketing agency setting;Proven leadership abilities, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams;Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable design and digital initiatives;Extensive knowledge of UX and digital design best practices, with a commitment to applying user-centered principles;Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies;Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and a strong eye for detail.Additional details This is a unique opportunity to lead a forward-thinking team and shape client experiences that build loyalty, deepen relationships, and drive growth.
