A not-for-profit disability support provider that specializes in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance.
We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences.
We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community (and we love to make that happen).
That's why our assistants are so important.
Our clients may have physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability or autism.
We're honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs.

Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell and Bendigo.
To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values A bubbly and engaging personality, as clients are highly social and love to have a good chat To be comfortable supporting clients with pet care, staff need to be comfortable with dogs and cats Experience in mental health - Qualification in mental health preferred but not necessary Experience with complex behaviors of concern Experience supporting people with a physical disability including transfers/use of equipment and confidence in hoisting Great patience and willingness to put in the time and energy to build rapport with clients Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives Ability to take initiative and encourage clients to work towards their goals Access to a car and a driver's license - Comfortable supporting clients in the community Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals, such as supporting clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program Important Information:
As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
