About the Role
As a Digital Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering top-notch customer service.
You'll manage end-to-end digital campaigns, analyse performance, and develop strategic media plans to drive results.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms.
Leading strategic media planning and campaign execution.
Proactively presenting new strategies and innovative ideas to senior leadership.
Staying on top of market trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging technologies.
Mentoring team members and fostering collaboration, even without direct reports.

What you'll bring:
2–4 years' experience in a similar role within an independent agency (preferred).
Proven success managing campaigns with monthly budgets of $5k–$100k.
Proficiency/exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Programmatic platforms.
Strong track record in omnichannel campaign management and client satisfaction.
A passion for learning and embracing new approaches.
