With no red tape or political roadblocks, they focus on delivering real results and fostering a tight-knit, supportive team.About the RoleAs a Digital Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering top-notch customer service. You'll manage end-to-end digital campaigns, analyse performance, and develop strategic media plans to drive results.Key responsibilities include:Managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms.Leading strategic media planning and campaign execution.Proactively presenting new strategies and innovative ideas to senior leadership.Staying on top of market trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging technologies.Mentoring team members and fostering collaboration, even without direct reports.Who We're Looking ForWe want someone who embodies grit, resilience, and a positive mindset, thriving in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
