Outbound Sales - Account Manager (Digital Marketing Focus)We're looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales - Account Manager to join our Yarn team in an outbound sales role focused on modern digital marketing strategies. You'll actively use digital tools such as HubSpot to monitor lead activity and engagement, then cross-reference with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers and initiate outreach. You'll work closely with a talented team of creatives and social media marketers who drive lead generation by crafting engaging content and targeted campaigns. Their efforts help generate high-quality leads, providing a steady stream of B2B prospects for you to connect with. Use these resources to initiate meaningful conversations, understand client needs, and uncover opportunities for collaboration and growth.Use digital tools such as HubSpot to monitor and identify high-potential leads based on email and EDM engagement, website activity, and other indicators.Cross-reference potential leads with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify the right decision-makers within engaged organisations.Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to convert leads into B2B customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and achieve sales targets.Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, using data to refine outreach strategies.ABOUT YOUExperience: Preference of 2 years in outbound sales, account management, or a similar role. Familiarity with digital sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is highly advantageous.Digital Skills: Strong understanding of modern digital marketing and sales techniques. Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to make outbound sales calls.Mindset: Results-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone. You're a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.Desired Qualities: We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, mature, and adaptable, with the right balance of experience and enthusiasm.
