We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Officerto join our growing Erskine Park team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Being a Customer Service Officer with Provet is about more than just answering phones
You will be a part of a passionate and collaborative team that are dedicated to supporting our customers to look after pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes.
We achieve this through:
Answering customer calls in a timely manner to respond to a wide range of general and/or product specific enquiries.Processing customer orders and demonstrating a sound knowledge of our product suite.Providing our customer with a single point of resolution for any problems and/or complaints.Accurately managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our cloud based CRM system.
And;Working in a friendly and supportive team environment where one person's success is everyone's successAbout You To be successful you will have;
At least 1 years' experience in phone-based customer service.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high volume, multi-channel team with a passion for customer service excellence.Superior active listening skills, ability to show empathy and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.High level of attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly.The ability to learn quickly and a willingness to adapt to change.Demonstrated the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Animal Health/Veterinary Industry background is desirable but not required.Why Join Us?
