The Company
This well-known services business located in Western Sydney has recently implemented Workday and is needing a permanent, full-time staff member to assist with integrating files into payroll.
This position has flexibility to WFH 2 days per week once you're trained, and has parking available onsite.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role is to partner with the wider Payroll and HR team through the implementation of Workday and work on long-term reviewing & importing of data.
Your daily tasks will include:
Workday integration of all files through the payroll system (ADP) Reviewing & importing all the relevant payroll data Acting as the go-to for all payroll data related matters Providing backup support to the Payroll Manager on documentation of processes Handling parallel pay runs during the transition to new systems Any ad hoc tasks as requested by the Payroll Manager Your Profile
You will be an experienced Payroll/Data Analyst who has a strong foundational knowledge of payroll and has ideally been working across Workday, ADP, or both.
You will be able to work autonomously and offer solutions to problems, as well as being a clear communicator.
