Permanent full-time role Melbourne or Sydney location Hybrid and flexible working; WFH and from modern, open plan offices.

Our national People & Culture team includes Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Generalist, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing, Performance & Rewards, and Systems & Reporting.
You will be involved in:
Co-ordinating national training including: new starter induction, seasonal clerk, graduate induction, risk & compliance, legal technical, leadership, business skills, soft skills and ad hoc programs; Co-ordinating facilities, catering, facilitators, materials, course creation in our Learning Management System (Hub), communications, and technology set up for virtual/hybrid training (Teams); Managing participant lists, attendance records and reporting on training; Responding to L&D enquiries including managing the L&D inbox and calendars; Submitting L&D invoices for payment; Maintaining L&D precedents and induction materials; Providing guidance on CPD and overseeing the centralised CPD recording process for Western Australia; Assisting in the administration and maintenance of Hub content; and Liaising with external training providers and consultants.
About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualification in human resources, training, education or a related field (desired); Experience in an administrative support role, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment; A strong interest in L&D; Ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders; Excellent organisational skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work autonomously but engage with a team; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word, Outlook and Excel); and Experience using a Learning Management System - Totara or similar.
