THE POSITION We are currently seeking a talented developer with experience in designing and delivering web-based software.
The successful candidate will elevate our team, level up our processes and above all enjoy a good working culture.
Your responsibilities shall include:
Developing web-based apps within a Vue JS and Django tech stack.Interpreting relational database schemas to comprehend the underlying business logic.Writing clean, maintainable code that solves complex problems.Conducting thorough code reviews, evaluate test cases, and ensure proper documentation to maintain high-quality software delivery.Applying fundamental UI/UX principles.Proactively identifying and remediating performance bottlenecks.Ensuring comprehensive project documentation is maintained for clarity and continuity.THE PERFECT PROFILE You have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent time management and organisation skills and demonstrated the ability to administer project meetings and understand the value of listening to customers.
You will have demonstrated experience with front end web development with a security first mindset through a combination of work experience and tertiary level education.
With previous experience in a similar role, you have shown leadership in software quality and delivering code that is maintainable.
You understand the concept behind relational databases and can explain data relationships from a database schema.
Your energetic nature succeeds in a Team environment, where you do whatever it takes to get the job done, and no job is too little or too great.
As a true professional in your field, you possess high attention to detail, maintain a high standard of accuracy and precision whilst also having good analytical skills for solution design.
