You will be efficient, precise, and attentive.
On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include: Conduct Open HomesProcess applicationsTaking Leasing inquiries via email and phoneCommunicate with Tenants and LandlordsMaintain & develop client relationshipsOffer professional advice to clientsAd hoc administration dutiesSigning up new business opportunities (lots of warm leads from the sales team
)The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration is essentialExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational skillsHigh communication both written & verbalThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGreat customer service skillsImmaculate personal presentationConfidence & a can-do approach (attitude is EVERYTHING
