The Location: Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland.
The Job: You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day.
The Chef Manager position is a great opportunity to move into an essential and secure industry.

The Chef Manager will have:
Demonstrated leadership experience as a Chef, preferably in an aged care (or similar) environment.Previous experience in total kitchen operations and site management in an aged care (or similar) environment.Experience with managing staff, as well as food and operational costs.Demonstrated knowledge regarding nutrition and the importance of dietary requirements for aged care consumers.A real commitment to working safely, fabulous teamwork skills, basic computer skills and a passion for making a difference.
Aged care experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.We'll bring: a flexible workplace, a wonderful team, ongoing training, great communication, and most importantly – our heartfelt thanks for your contribution to the lives of our residents.
Salary packaging options and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus additional $2600 in entertainment per year available
