We are Eagers Automotive and we have joined the BYD retail network in Australia.
Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for Delivery Coordinator who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience.

We want eager, enthusiastic, and passionate "people-people" who have had previous experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

About the position We are seeking a full-time Retail Delivery Coordinator, to work 5 days a week - Tuesday to Saturday, with exceptional customer service, to manage the end-to-end delivery process for our vehicles.
This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the management team.
This will include coordination from the time of sign up through to point of handover to guests.
Your new role will have you Communicating regular updates to guests on the status of their orderOrganising deal paperwork, registration and other documentation for salespeople and guestsBuilding strong relationships between clients and the dealershipDriving and enhancing the dealership's processes to achieve resultsAbout you Personally well-presented and professionalExperience in providing customer service excellence over the phone and face to faceAbility to remain highly organised and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills; both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to be both team-oriented and self-managedHard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethicThe drive to exceed targets and expectationsA current driver's licence is essential for this roleAs an employee of Eagers Automotive you will: Receive brand-specific training and mentoring from experienced members of the teamWork in a newly renovated space, with guest experience in mind.Gain access to a range of employee benefits including health insurance, vehicle purchasing and service discounts.If you believe this is the role for you, apply now.
