Long term contract 2046 job securityJob hours 7.6hrs per day with flexible start & finish timesPositive team environment with a focus on your ongoing learning and developmentOur Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services team has an opportunity for an exceptional Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Downer team located in Canberra, ACT.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and provide support to the ANU service delivery contract.
The Service Delivery Coordinator role is pivotal to the Downer ANU contract, as you will maintain communications with client, internal stakeholders and external contractors; providing regular updates on all reactive maintenance across the ANU assets.
Exceptional customer service skills are essential for your success.
About You Previous experience within a service delivery role focusing on Facilities MaintenanceProvide administrative support to the Operations ManagerRaising work order tickets on the Work Management SystemsAssist the helpdesk with overflowsRespond to all queries on all reactive calloutsPoint of contact to all sub-contractorsMonitor and communicate with SDPs regarding job clarification, job completion and responding to queriesOrganise and assign Quality Audit checks for work completed by SDPsAssist the Operations Manager in ensuring work orders are completed within KPIsCommunicating with internal trades team on job completion and KPI requirementsEnsure timely escalation of issues or potential KPI risks to the Operations ManagerAssist the Operations Manager in maintaining positive working relationships with our customers and SDPsPerform other duties as directed, consistent with the classification level of the positionABOUT US Downer is the leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand.
