Community Housing Delivery's contribution is to deliver innovation and accountable program and project management for the Department's investment in community housing delivery.
We work collaboratively with not-for-profit, for-profit and government partners to achieve a more effective and integrated service system and improved long-term outcomes for clients requiring housing and homelessness assistance.

What you will be doing Effectively engage, liaise and establish a network of internal and external partners to ensure that our built products and services meet the needs of the community at a place-based level.
Apply advanced project management skills to support the capital works program of the team; this includes assisting with the implementation of proven project management methodologies.
Undertake complex business analysis and reporting functions for the team, including urgent requests for project information from across the department.
Respond to emerging policy and funding issues relating to Community Housing.
Contribute to the implementation of effective and efficient business processes and customer service to manage the registration of proposals and innovative ideas from individuals and organisations for consideration by the Department.
Contribute to effective strategic and operational management of capital projects delivered by the department or by third parties.

Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
Mandatory Requirements Nil
