Program Support Officer

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative programs that create positive outcomes for individuals and businesses.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a friendly, collaborative, and supportive team environment, where they can utilise their well-developed administrative, communication, and engagement skills.
This is a 6 month contract within State Government for an experienced Program Administrator.
What you'll do:Assist in the effective delivery of government education and training programs/strategies.Contribute to the development and coordination of programs.Provide advice and support to senior management on matters associated with contracted providers and stakeholders.Communicate and liaise effectively with a network of internal and external stakeholders on new and existing contractual or program requirements and responsibilities.Research and prepare executive/ministerial correspondence and briefing papers on matters relating to training issues, including program management.What you bring:Experience in program administration preferably in governmentAbility to engage effectively with stakeholdersInterest in learning new skills and taking on challengesAbility to provide advice and support to senior managementAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
