HSET Advisor
to join the Terra Mining team.About The PositionWe are seeking a HSET Advisor with surface mining operation experience, along with experience in bulk earthworks and the construction of tailings dams.
Their day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Promoting a safety culture through coaching and mentoringDeveloping and implementing safety proceduresParticipating in workplace incident investigationsCoordinating and conducting workplace safety audits, inspections, and risk assessmentsAssisting in delivering on our site safety management plansWhat We Are SeekingA Safety Training professional who values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates:Tertiary qualifications in OHS/WHS5 years of experience as a Safety Trainer on mine site & earthworks projectsCertificate IV in Training & AssessmentStrong attention to detailCertification in Workplace Auditing and Injury Management/Rehabilitation experience is desirable but not essentialHigh level of written and verbal communicationA positive attitude towards safety and teamworkYou must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen), and provide a current National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months).What We OfferFIFO from Perth or BIBO from Geraldton availableCareer progression opportunity8&6 rosterSupportive team cultureAbility to salary sacrifice superannuationAccess to a range of discounts including stays at 5-star hotelsWe will be shortlisting applications right now, so don't let this be a missed opportunity to be part of Terra Mining's success story.Terra Mining is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages suitably qualified women, Indigenous, and Torres Strait Islanders to apply.Terra Mining will not accept resumes from recruitment agencies.
