About the RoleAs an HSET Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with HSE standards across our construction projects.
Your expertise will drive safety initiatives, support risk management, and help maintain a culture where health, safety, and environmental priorities are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities: Promote awareness and accountability for HSE standards on-site.Conduct risk assessments and support the development of project HSE risk registers.Monitor compliance with HSE legislation, regulations, and company and client requirements.Facilitate incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions.Deliver inductions, training, and toolbox talks to ensure worker competency.Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and verify control measures.Advocate mental health initiatives and oversee fitness-for-work programs.About YouTo excel in this role, you'll bring:
