We are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Estimator to join our team based at Mitchell ACT .
Your Responsibilities:
Estimating projects for both multi dwelling & home builders Rep's Estimating & Preparing of Tenders Assist with securing project pricing from suppliers Involved with the centralizing tender quoting process Assist sales Reps with product information Communicate via telephone and email with Rep's, customers & suppliers Assist customers and Rep's on product information & technical advice Provide internal support to Sales Rep's Assist in maintaining the supplier library catalogues Be involved with supplier training Punctuality re: commencement of work.
Follow security procedures Follow company policy and procedure re; paperwork/customer files/uniforms Attend weekly team meetings Download tender documents and schedules Assist with the preparation of picture book product proposals Attention to detail in all aspects of your work Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department.
