Senior Site ManagerACRWORLD is currently partnered exclusively with a busy head contractor & developer builder who is seeking a Site Manager to join their NSW operations.
They are a leading construction firm with a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Their projects span across various sectors including commercial, residential, and aged care.
Due to ongoing growth and several upcoming projects, they are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of their projects, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and timelines.Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues that arise.Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring the efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects.Ideally be trade-qualified as a Carpenter.Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.A current construction white card and driver's license.Benefits for you: A competitive salary package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a supportive and dynamic environment.A challenging and rewarding role, working on diverse and innovative projects.If you are interested in discussing the position, apply now
