This is a full-time Service Advisor role based in Gladstone, Queensland.
As a Service Advisor at Bill Robertson Toyota, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles.
This is a key role that contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the service department and the overall success of the dealership.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers and understanding their service needs Booking in vehicles for service and repairs Communicating with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work Providing customers with cost estimates and obtaining approval for work Ensuring customers are kept informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process Processing payments and issuing invoices Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service history Identifying and promoting additional services or products that could benefit the customer Providing a high level of customer service and building strong relationships with customers What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar service advisor or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Excellent problem-solving and time management skills to ensure efficient workflow Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes Proficiency in using computer systems and various software programs A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude What we offer
