This is a full-time Service Advisor role based in Gladstone, Queensland.
As a Service Advisor at Bill Robertson Toyota, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles.
This is a key role that contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the service department and the overall success of the dealership.
What you'll be doing Greeting customers and understanding their service needsBooking in vehicles for service and repairsCommunicating with the workshop to ensure timely completion of workProviding customers with cost estimates and obtaining approval for workEnsuring customers are kept informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service processProcessing payments and issuing invoicesMaintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service historyIdentifying and promoting additional services or products that could benefit the customerProviding a high level of customer service and building strong relationships with customersWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a similar service advisor or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceExcellent problem-solving and time management skills to ensure efficient workflowFamiliarity with automotive repair and maintenance processesProficiency in using computer systems and various software programsA positive, proactive and team-oriented attitudeWhat we offer At Bill Robertson Toyota, we are committed to the development and growth of our employees.
