With international hubs located in Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, we are united by one common purpose -we excel in creating sustainable solutions for a better world.Job DescriptionSupporting our NSW Construction team, we have a unique opportunity for a Graphic Design & Submissions Assistant to design and prepare content, graphics and layouts for submissions and promotional materials.The key responsibilities of this position include:Work closely with the Submissions Manager and the New Business Team in the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, presentations, and events.Assist in the development, design and preparation of submissions, tenders and proposals in line with BESIX Watpac brand and design requirements.Proof checking of all copy detail and proof print material.Assist with the Company branding including promotional items, client gifting, and project site branding, liaising withe external suppliers as required.Support the Senior Leadership Team andNational Marketing Manager in the preparation and coordination of events in NSW.QualificationsThe incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or relevant experience.Experience in a graphics design or submissions based role.Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign C3, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator) and other applications including Microsoft Office.Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.Additional InformationAlong with a competitive remuneration package and long-term career development opportunities, our employees enjoy access to the following benefits:Wellbeing Days - three additional leave days per year.Flexible work arrangements to balance work and personal commitments.Awards and Recognition Program, rewarding employees who bring our values to life.Access to a wellbeing program including annual skin checks and flu vaccinations.Corporate discounts to gym memberships, meal subscriptions and more.Social events and Family Days.At BESIX Watpac, we are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone is valued, supported and respected.
