As Head of Credit, you'll assess the credit risk of high-growth technology companies and build relationships with tech founders across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead quantitative and qualitative assessments that inform investment decisions and contribute to the development of new debt funding products.What You Bring To The RoleWe seek a creative and curious individual with a deep understanding of portfolio management, risk analysis, and AML compliance. You will adapt your knowledge to the nuances of non-dilutive capital for tech businesses, eCommerce, and SaaS companies.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesInterpret, analyze, and apply financial data into financial models.Structure non-standard complex deals to help borrowers achieve strategic goals.Prepare, present, and defend credit decisions to the Investment Committee.Hold a DLA of up to $1M and make final decisions on deals.Build and maintain a robust Credit Infrastructure including Credit Policy, Credit Procedures, Credit Scorecard, DLA Matrix, and Risk Appetite Reporting.Present Tractor's Credit Infrastructure to key external parties.You thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with different teams to improve processes and customer experiences.What's In It For YouA 4-day working week with full pay on Fridays off.Flexible remote work options across Australia and New Zealand.Employee Stock Option Plan for long-term success sharing.Next StepsCurious to know more?
