Perfectly situated near the MCG, it becomes a favourite haunt before local footy matches, and inside, cricket enthusiasts can admire a remarkable collection of cricketing memorabilia courtesy of the Melbourne Cricket Club.
Our group boasts a collection of world-class venues including hatted, premium dining venues Aru and Sunda, gluten-free bakery Kudo, and all-day brasserie Antara, each offering unique experiences for our valued guests.

Our successful candidate will have:
Prior supervisory experience in a high-volume bar or gastro pub.
Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
The ability to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
