Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an outgoing and creative individual to join our Head Office team as our Paid Campaign Specialist. Secure your dream role prior to Christmas with a commencement in Mid-January 2025. The role This role will be critical to the growth we have planned for 2025 and beyond.
Working as part of the marketing team, you will create, manage and optimise social media ad campaigns including Facebook/Instagram (META) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, to increase leads and awareness across our 7 major brands.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Develop and manage high-performing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with relevant brand voice and objectives.Lead & deliver content creation initiatives that resonate with our audiences, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints.Monitor and optimise all campaigns to maximise ROI, including ad performance, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation.Monitor and optimise SEO across all our websites.Conduct keyword/negative keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure digital ad strategies continually align with overall marketing goals.Set up and manage conversion and pixel tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, monitor campaign performance, and optimise to meet campaign and business objectives.Manage budgets, bids, and ROI across multiple platforms to ensure efficient use of advertising spend.Prepare and present regular campaign reports and insights to key stakeholders and senior management.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, and make recommendations as to how we continuously innovate in this area.About you We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional who is creative, driven, focused, and an excellent communicator.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related discipline.Proven experience in creating, managing, and executing successful Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.Proven experience in successfully managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress website analytics/tracking.Proven experience in SEM and SEO optimisation for WordPress.Solid understanding of digital ad campaign workings such as retargeting, negative keyword research, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience in Hubspot would be advantageous but not essential.We are open to this role being in a full-time capacity or part-time to suit family commitments for the right candidate.
