Job DescriptionThe Relationship Manager position plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with SASH's referring veterinarian partners.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Clinic outreach: Establishing connections with referring veterinary clinics to showcase SASH's unique offeringsVet education: Supporting the planning and facilitation of educational events to enhance knowledge and skillsVet support: Providing valuable information and resources to deliver exceptional service to referring veterinariansComplaints and objection handlingCollaboration with the Veterinary Relationship Manager teamCollaborating with the SASH Marketing Team to develop marketing materials for referring veterinary clinicsAdministration & reportingRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligenceAbility to comprehend and draw insight from relevant financial dataStrong computer literacy skills and demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office suiteValid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSWAbility to work autonomously while being a team playerDesirable QualificationsPrior experience working in emergency and/or referral veterinary clinics, or a willingness to adapt to this environment is highly regarded.
Additionally, sales or commercial experience would be beneficial.
