Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)Drive customer retention and brand loyalty for one of Australia's fastest-growing brandsJoin a creative, energetic team where collaboration drives growth and successImplementing data-driven strategies to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.As the CRM Manager, you'll be at the helm of customer engagement, driving loyalty and retention through tailored email and SMS campaigns.Working closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams, you'll ensure the customer journey is smooth, impactful, and data-driven from start to finish.Utilising tools such as Klaviyo to create personalised experiences, you will work to not only retain customers but turn them into brand advocates.What You'll Do:Drive Retention: Develop, manage, and optimise email and SMS campaigns to keep customers coming back for more;Segment like a pro: Analyse purchase behaviour and engagement metrics to create targeted customer segments;Automate for success: Use platforms like Klaviyo to automate workflows, ensuring timely, personalized messaging;Collaborate & create: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with key business objectives;Test & optimise: Design A/B tests to improve everything from subject lines to CTAs, ensuring maximum engagement;Data-driven: Use campaign insights to continuously refine strategies, boost performance, and increase sales; andBe Creative: Partner with the creative team to make sure your campaigns are visually stunning and on-brand.What you'll bring:At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in the eCommerce or retail sector, or in an acquisition focused role;Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo (or similar), and proficiency in email automation and SMS marketing; andStrong analytical and creative skills with a passion for customer engagement.Ready to take your CRM expertise to the next level?
