Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.Key responsibilities include:Assuring the technical competence of Service Technicians; for both INPEX and Contractor Work Force (CWF).Providing support to the Operations Leadership group to ensure their respective teams are competent to safely and reliably operate the equipment on the facility.Conducts technical training & assessment, manage competency records, mentor shift personnel, and provide input to the development of new and existing training and assessment material.Manage the Assessment administration and record keeping requirements.Participate in internal training and assessment auditing across all facilitiesSuccessful candidates will have the following:Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Assessor Skill SetCrane Operations experience - o ffshore experience on floating facilities or a combination of offshore experience combined with open ticket (CO) operating 150t and above onshore mobile or wharf cranes.High Risk Work LicenceOperate Tower Crane (CT)Rigging Advanced (RA)Dogging (DG)Operate Forklift (LF)PMASUP305 or Sparrows / Enermech Stage 3 operate offshore crane cert.Experience working in operations / maintenance, ideally involved in assessing and/ or coachingTBOSIETFree Fall LifeboatHelicopter Landing operationsThis role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.Closing date for applications is 11.12.2024.
