We are seeking an Offshore Services Assessor to join our INPEX Technical Training team in Perth on a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities include:
Assuring the technical competence of Service Technicians; for both INPEX and Contractor Work Force (CWF).
Providing support to the Operations Leadership group to ensure their respective teams are competent to safely and reliably operate the equipment on the facility.
Conducts technical training & assessment, manage competency records, mentor shift personnel, and provide input to the development of new and existing training and assessment material.
Manage the Assessment administration and record keeping requirements.
Participate in internal training and assessment auditing across all facilities Successful candidates will have the following:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Assessor Skill Set Crane Operations experience - o ffshore experience on floating facilities or a combination of offshore experience combined with open ticket (CO) operating 150t and above onshore mobile or wharf cranes.
High Risk Work LicenceOperate Tower Crane (CT) Rigging Advanced (RA) Dogging (DG) Operate Forklift (LF) PMASUP305 or Sparrows / Enermech Stage 3 operate offshore crane cert.
Experience working in operations / maintenance, ideally involved in assessing and/ or coaching TBOSIET Free Fall Lifeboat Helicopter Landing operations This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
