What's on offer Be part of a dynamic HR team that plays a crucial role in shaping our organization's futureOpportunity to expand your skills and transition into an HR Business Partner roleWork closely with key stakeholders across various business unitsDevelop your expertise in industrial relations and enterprise agreement interpretationCompetitive remuneration package including a car allowance and fuel cardWhat you'll be responsible for Providing strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders across multiple sitesLeading industrial relations matters and enterprise agreement negotiationsCollaborating with HR Centres of Excellence to improve organisational effectivenessInterpreting and applying relevant employment legislation and regulationsSupporting the implementation of HR initiatives and annual cyclical activitiesWhat you'll need to be successful Senior HR Advisor experience with a strong generalist backgroundProven track record in handling industrial relations matters, particularly in blue-collar environmentsSound knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreement interpretationExperience in coaching and developing leaders at various levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend strategic HR solutionsRelevant HR qualifications or equivalent industry experienceA Veolia Career All of our employees are entitled to:
