Providing strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders across multiple sites Leading industrial relations matters and enterprise agreement negotiations Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence to improve organisational effectiveness Interpreting and applying relevant employment legislation and regulations Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and annual cyclical activities What you'll need to be successful
Senior HR Advisor experience with a strong generalist background Proven track record in handling industrial relations matters, particularly in blue-collar environments Sound knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreement interpretation Experience in coaching and developing leaders at various levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend strategic HR solutions Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent industry experience A Veolia Career
