Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact? Osmoflo is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic People, Culture, and Safety team.

What your day might look like Collaborate with management to deliver HR strategies and workforce capability plans.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding programs.Provide technical expertise in HR policies, procedures, and compliance.Support performance management initiatives and coach leaders in achieving business objectives.Oversee training and development programs to meet current and future organisational needs.Provide guidance on industrial relations and maintain compliance with employment legislation.Champion continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and policies.Skills and Experience Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience in HR generalist roles, including policy development and recruitment.Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including remote workforces.Strong understanding of industrial relations and legislative compliance.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.A commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.Our Offer Join Osmoflo and enjoy the benefits of being part of our growing team, including:
