For more information please visit our website.The opportunityBased in Australia (in office, hybrid or remote)Full-time ongoing roleOpportunity to work for a value-led organisation that invests in flexible work environments built on trust, safety and well-being.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate the delivery of HR functions aligned to the project lifecycle.Manage positive relationships with stakeholders and teams, including external and internal clients and consultants.Ensure recruitment programs and initiatives support and promote a culture of delivering commercial results.Support and advise program leaders through coaching, crisis management and strategic partnering.Work with program leaders to improve employee engagement and team performance.Meaningfully contribute your expertise towards business development activities.Selection criteriaA degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.Demonstrated quality experience in HR.Strong working knowledge, understanding and application of employment legislation.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including remuneration structures, employment law compliance, performance management and employee engagement.Demonstrated business partner experience excelling in client management and stakeholder engagement.How to applyClick the "Apply for job" button.
