Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Services Project Management Consultant on our Services Project/Program Management Team in Chatswood.What you'll achieveAs a Project Management Consultant, you will deliver projects and programs on time, within budget and to the delight of the customer.
As the customer's trusted advisor, you will work with the Project Management Office, Client Resources, Vendor Resources and C-level stakeholders on the development of a project and program implementation plan which articulates the role of Dell Technologies within the account.You will:Provide a level of strategic and advisory consult to the customer, driving the business outcomeEnsure quality service and operational performanceFocus the customer and cross-functional teams on working together to achieve the end state solution, driving the business outcome and vision while advising the customer on risks, trends and opportunitiesEffectively allocate and manage costs and investments for technology and resources, across the programInform, manage, report and practice mitigation/avoidance/acceptance of dependency and impact management via a consistent program approach and communicationsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8 – 10 years of experience managing large, complex technology projects and program implementationsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within Dell TechnologiesExperience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencingAbility to manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirementsDesirable RequirementsPMI certified or equivalent University qualification, experience applying Six Sigma methodologyITILv3 or 4 Certification with working experience of an ITIL Service and Change Management functionStrong understanding of and experience with Dell technology enterprise solutionsAdvanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital IT, Security and WorkforceWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
