.We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and passion-driven Vice President of Marketing (VP Marketing) to lead our marketing efforts.
This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about education and technology and is eager to make a meaningful impact on the learning ecosystem.

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Authentica Solutions' business objectives.Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals and drive growth.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand Authentica Solutions' reach and impact.Launch multiple products under a unified brand.

Brand Management:

Define and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.Develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness.

Content & Communications:

Develop a content strategy that engages and informs our audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.Manage public relations efforts to enhance Authentica Solutions' reputation in the education sector.Oversee internal and external communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy:

Foster strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and advocacy.Develop customer success stories and case studies to showcase the impact of Authentica Solutions.Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve our offerings.

Event Planning & Management:

Plan and execute successful events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.Identify and leverage opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships.Engage with attendees and gather leads to support the sales team.

Team Development:

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

About You (or Here's What We're Looking For):Growth mindset, insatiably curious, always learning, and welcoming challenges for the opportunity to grow.Desire to guide the LT Team through marketing and social acceleration to drive the overall brand forward.You believe that you can only be successful when the whole team is successful, and you put your efforts towards it.Has a keen interest in the educational sector and the impact technology can have on it.Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about education and technology, with a commitment to making a positive impact.Required Skills and Experience:Must Have:15+ years of experience in marketing education solutions, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.Deep experience and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in the EdTech sector or related industries.Strong understanding of the education market and its unique needs.Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.Nice to Have:Experience in marketing to international markets, with a deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural sensitivities.Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and technologies, especially those relevant to data management and integration in the education sector.Experience with advanced data analytics tools and platforms.Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with a track record of successfully presenting at conferences, webinars, and industry events.Join Authentica Solutions and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of education through data-driven insights.
