You'll play a vital role in assisting experienced technicians while developing your skills and knowledge to ensure systems run smoothly and deliver top-notch service to clients.
Here's what you'll be up to:
Assisting in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
Learning to diagnose and repair faults under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Conducting regular inspections and assisting with preventative maintenance services.
Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing professional support.
Helping to prepare detailed reports and documentation of work completed.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Staying up to date with advancements in HVAC technology and techniques.
What you need to bring:
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
A genuine interest in air conditioning and refrigeration as a trade.
A current Queensland manual driver's licence (or working towards obtaining one).
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
