This role is perfect for a trade-qualified professional with a passion for diagnostics, installations, and repairs in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring systems run smoothly, and delivering top-notch technical expertise.
Here's what you'll be up to:
Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in a timely and effective manner.
Conducting regular inspections and providing preventative maintenance services.
Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing professional advice when required.
Preparing detailed reports and documentation of work completed.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Staying up to date with advancements in HVAC technology and techniques.
What you need to bring:
Trade qualifications in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Current ARCtick licence (essential).
Proven experience in a similar role, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A current Queensland manual driver's licence.
Working at Heights and Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable but not essential).
