Managing a team of 14 Roofers, Plumbers, and Apprentices, conversing with clients and internal management regarding scheduling, variations, expectations, site requirements, safety, and more.
We're looking for motivated candidates with proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks; attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality are essential traits we value.
Our client base includes some of Melbourne's best architectural builders, including Format Group, Inform, Gotze, DuoBuilt, and Mancini Made.
We also complete commercial and residential maintenance for several Real Estate agencies and Body Corps.
Skills and Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same or similar roleHigh-level attention to detail, organisation, and exceptional qualityAbility to lead a team and gain their respect while communicating well with clients and site supervisorsEnjoy holding staff accountable and willing to be held accountableExperience in architectural high-end projects and RoofingCommitment to achieving targets and deadlines that are set weekly, monthly & yearlyHold an Australian driver's licence and white/red cardThe Business William Jones Plumbing is a progressive General Plumbing and Roofing Business.
