About the role Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced administration officer to join our team working across a seven day rotating roster AM's and PM's. You should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality service to patients, visitors, staff and VMO's.
Your duties will include Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsPrepare admission paperworkConduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsPerform Health Fund Checks as requiredManage the collection of excesses/co paymentsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entrySound knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong time management and organisation skillsAbility to follow instructions and take directions as requiredPrevious experience in a hospital or medical environment will be highly regardedTo Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form.
