DAVID MALOUF IS HIRING FOR HIS TEAM David Malouf is known as a master negotiator , award-winning sales professional , and a renowned real estate agent who sells the most iconic homes in the region.
With his extensive real estate knowledge , success, and his undeniable tenacity and professionalism, David has an unbeatable track record in selling prestige properties across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
Highland Double Bay Malouf was formed in 2021, making up 1 of 7 agencies in our network.
This is a highly rare opportunity to take on a role that is an integral part of David's team.
You will be managing all aspects of David's business/admin requirements and for this, he needs a superstar who can juggle multiple priorities at once, to keep this team running smoothly, whilst maintaining a professional and mature approach to his prestigious client base.
How you will assist David Malouf: Acting as David's "go to" and efficiently actioning all support requirements Diary organisation and scheduling Managing compliance Coordinating marketing, including photoshoots, styling, floorplans, and advertising Greeting David's clients, setting up meetings, and developing presentations Ensure excellent standards of customer service both face to face and on the phone Extensive reporting and data entry Create gift boxes and marketing collateral Arrange all mail and marketing paraphernalia Liaise with the marketing team on advertising property campaigns Set up for auction nights Ability to manage high pressure and time-sensitive situations to help David get results Communicate any needs of the team to management/marketing/finance if necessary External liaison with solicitors and conveyances to chase legal docs Answering telephone calls and managing client's expectations on behalf of David in a professional manner at all times Take all inquiries and direct any messages in a timely and efficient manner Opportunity to enhance your skills and develop your knowledge across a wide range of systems and processes Attend weekly sales and team meetings In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities: Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills Extensive administration experience within the Real Estate industry is required, as either an EA or Business Manager Flawless communication skills – both verbal and written Excellent organisational and prioritising abilities Must be firm but friendly, to manage the team's expectations A Certificate of Registration as a minimum is a must This opportunity only comes around once in a blue moon and will be snatched up quickly .
