Highland Double Bay Malouf was formed in 2021, making up 1 of 7 agencies in our network.This is a highly rare opportunity to take on a role that is an integral part of David's team.
You will be managing all aspects of David's business/admin requirements and for this, he needs a superstar who can juggle multiple priorities at once, to keep this team running smoothly, whilst maintaining a professional and mature approach to his prestigious client base.How you will assist David Malouf:Acting as David's "go to" and efficiently actioning all support requirementsDiary organisation and schedulingManaging complianceCoordinating marketing, including photoshoots, styling, floorplans, and advertisingGreeting David's clients, setting up meetings, and developing presentationsEnsure excellent standards of customer service both face to face and on the phoneExtensive reporting and data entryCreate gift boxes and marketing collateralArrange all mail and marketing paraphernaliaLiaise with the marketing team on advertising property campaignsSet up for auction nightsAbility to manage high pressure and time-sensitive situations to help David get resultsCommunicate any needs of the team to management/marketing/finance if necessaryExternal liaison with solicitors and conveyances to chase legal docsAnswering telephone calls and managing client's expectations on behalf of David in a professional manner at all timesTake all inquiries and direct any messages in a timely and efficient mannerOpportunity to enhance your skills and develop your knowledge across a wide range of systems and processesAttend weekly sales and team meetingsIn order to be successful, you must have the following qualities:Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skillsExtensive administration experience within the Real Estate industry is required, as either an EA or Business ManagerFlawless communication skills – both verbal and writtenExcellent organisational and prioritising abilitiesMust be firm but friendly, to manage the team's expectationsA Certificate of Registration as a minimum is a mustThis opportunity only comes around once in a blue moon and will be snatched up quickly.If you are David Malouf's next Business Manager – please apply now
