We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administrator/Warranty/Costing Clerk to join our service department.
Position Overview: The Service Administrator/Warranty/Costing Clerk is a key player in ensuring smooth service operations.
In this role, you'll manage warranty claims, process repair costs, and provide vital administrative support, with a focus on our JAC Motors and Zeekr vehicles.
Your attention to detail and efficiency will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims for JAC Motors and Zeekr vehicles within manufacturer guidelines. Accurately cost repairs, invoice services, and manage job card processing. Maintain precise records for warranties and service costs, ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies. Provide administrative support to the service department, including customer communication and data entry. Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues. Review claims and follow up promptly to ensure completion. What We're Looking For: Experience in service administration, warranty processing, or costing, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software (experience with automotive-specific systems is a plus). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
