Senior (or) Grid Connection Manager - Solar & BESS Projects (R0/R1 Experience) About the Company Our client is a leading EPC company specializing in the delivery of utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

Role Overview Our client is seeking a Grid Connection Engineer and Grid Connection Manager to join their team in Brisbane.
These roles are critical for managing the grid connection process for large-scale solar and BESS projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead and Manage Grid Connections: Oversee the entire grid connection process for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, from initial application to final connection.
Application Preparation: Prepare and submit grid connection applications (R0, R1) and ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including network service providers and regulatory bodies.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Project Monitoring: Track project progress and promptly address any issues related to grid connection.
Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience in grid connection management, particularly with R0 and R1 stages.
Technical Background: Strong technical background in electrical engineering or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically with solar and BESS projects, is highly desirable.
