Sales Representative

Chandler Macleod is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative; the purpose of this role is to execute the food service strategy and ensure the sales and margin budget objectives are being met across existing and new customers.
The position reports regularly.
Primary FunctionsExecute sales plan to achieve food service sales and margin budget for the designated territory.Full accountability of achieving assigned territory sales and margin targets through effective planning, protecting base sales, basket growth, margin optimization, and new business.Through the effective use of data, ensure sales and margin planning processes are in place to enable targeted sales objectives.Utilize key supplier relationships to support basket growth and retention.Ensure customers are commercially retained through structured business plans of continuous improvement initiatives to unlock growth.Comply with legislative requirements including OH&S and company policies as required by the company and role.ExperienceYour required competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experience):
Strong sales background and understanding of sales processes or relevant food service industry experience.Digital literacy (use of tablet/laptop) and basic Microsoft Office Suite – including Excel, Word.Build and foster strong customer relationships.High communication skills, problem solver, and work effectively in a team.Full driver's license.Salary on offer for this role is $65K - $75K + superannuation.
