We are seeking a Roads and Transit Lead to drive strategic initiatives and deliver outstanding results across a diverse portfolio of road and transit projects in NSW.
This role provides the chance to play a key leadership role, applying your strategic vision, technical expertise, and innovation to deliver exceptional infrastructure solutions.
You will oversee the development and successful delivery of complex road and transit projects, working with a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities:Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams on the development and delivery of road and transit infrastructure projects.Provide expert strategic advice on road networks and transit systems.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Develop and present high-quality project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases.Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team, supporting their growth and development.Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding our service offerings to clients.About You.Extensive experience in road and transit infrastructure, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.In-depth knowledge of transit systems, road planning, and design principles.Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor teams to deliver high-quality results.Proven experience in collaborating with government agencies, clients, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the company at senior levels.A relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, transportation planning, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years' experience in the roads and transportation sector.Why choose TSA Riley?Your TSA Riley career promises personal growth, professional excellence, and a welcoming, inclusive workplace.
