THE ROLE We are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our established Property Management Team.
As a Team Leader, you will coordinate a team of Property Managers to ensure all customers' needs are met.
Your responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominantly focused on our clients and with industry-leading tech and amazing support structures, you will have time in your day to truly help our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : Leading a team to ensure our clients experience excelled customer serviceAll daily end-to-end portfolio management, including arrearsMeeting clients and building strong relationshipsBecoming the knowledge and expert in your fieldEntries and exitsLiaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen, all with the help of an Assistant Property ManagerMaintenance / routine inspectionsABOUT YOU : Successfully completed Queensland Real Estate RegistrationSeveral years in Property Management leadership experienceOwn a reliable car and have a current driver's licenseA self-starting attitude and be an ambitious team playerWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU : Ongoing business and leadership coaching to support your career goals and professional developmentYour birthday off every year to celebrate how you wantOne day off at a time of your choice to volunteer at a charity of your choosingFlexibility and freedom to work when and where you wantThe opportunity to qualify for Centurion (all expenses paid overseas holiday) plus several fun team events including the Annual Awards & Christmas PartyMake a difference by working with a company that has a solid Environmental PolicyIf this sounds like the career opportunity for you, then please apply now
