Custom Air Group PTY LTD is an established business with 33 years of experience specializing in Design, Manufacture, Supply & Installation of Custom, Sleeper Cab Air Conditioning Systems & Customized Sleeper Cabin Fit outs to the Heavy Vehicle Industry.

Our Head Office & Factory is based in Somerton Victoria.
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team located in our Somerton, Melbourne Head Office.
Due to the current growth of the company, this is a newly created role that will report directly to the Managing Director and support all our financial operations across 2 states, being Victoria / Qld & 3 entities.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in bookkeeping transactions, support month-end and year-end processes, manage cash flow, management accounts reporting, extensive administration processes, strong organisational skills with attention to detail, computer skills and continue to improve our financial processes and systems.
Responsibilities will include: Prepare and maintain accurate and timely accounting recordsMonitor accounts payable and receivableProcess weekly payroll, alongside the Accounts ManagerAnalyse financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementManage cash flow and forecast future cash needsEnsure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements and liaise with external accountantsDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency and accuracyProvide financial support and advice to managementThis is a Monday-Friday salary based role.
Office opening hours are between 8am – 5.00pm.
